TheFE US ExpansionOperationsProject Managerworks directly with senior leaders andsupportskey FE US Expansioninitiatives while enabling collaboration across departments inTDand global partners. They provide leadership with subject matter expertise and support the following disciplines:?project management, business process improvement, organizational change management, data analysis,and report development.?Theydrive continuous improvement and enablethe successofFE US Expansionsite and globalcommitments.Supporting headcount planning and tracking and developing efficient travelandtraining budgets are key focal points of this role.
Safety & Quality

Drives a safety culture by requiring safe behaviors, participating in safety initiatives, and setting the example for safety
Performs and facilitates audits and submits good catches on safety issues
Communication/Collaboration
Communicates data findings and recommends solutions to diverse audiences
Actively participates in applicable department meetings
Provide a high level of service with strong customer focus and builds effective relationships with supported teams
Proactivelyseeksand provides feedback on complex tasks, concepts, and theories
Generates and collates ideas from others to influence or enable key strategic objectives
Createsnewsletters and presentations for a broad distribution including internal, external, and executive audiences
FE US ExpansionPerformance
Prioritizes projects that supportFE US Expansiongoals and product commitments
Is the primary contact/owner ofheadcount planning, tracking, and efficiency
Drives cost-effective and efficient training and travel budgets
Ensures all commitments and deadlines are met by themselves and their team
Extracts,organizesand presents department data such as headcount
Provide analysis of data, highlighting key organizational trends and issues, andidentifyingpotential solutions
Conduct research and benchmarking toidentify, design and implement world class practices
Design, develop and manage deployment of new processes, procedures,and solutions
Lead Business Process Improvement efforts
Sets and reviews programobjectives, manages rollouts,and provides updates
Applies project management principles to deliver results thatensureobjectivesare on-time and within budget
Manages concurrent high-level projects and resolve potential priority conflicts
Drives quarterly Business Planning cycle for assignedprograms (i.e., Headcount, training, travel, Expats)
Ensures effective rollouts with proactive communication to all stakeholderstoensure successful adoption
Supports FE US Expansion senor leadership Staff meetings and ensures action items are assigned and closedin a timely manner
Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:
Knowledge of process improvement methods
Provenability in data analysis, problem solving and decision making
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Proven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks concurrently and see them to conclusion on a given timeline
Strong systematic and organizational skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel,OneNoteand PowerPoint
Proven ability toidentify, understand,and mitigate risk before making critical decisions
Excellent analytical, problem solving,and critical thinking capabilities
Knowledge of industry practices, trends, and technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years ofsemiconductorexperience
Semiconductor experience in Technical, Engineering, or Project Management preferred
Experience with dashboarding and SQL coding preferred
