What You Will Be Doing - Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities
- Develop and manage project schedule
- Participate in staff meetings
- Maintain paperwork on project
- Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite
What You Need for this Position - 3+ experience as construction superintendent 
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills & organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environment
