Project Support Administrator What we're looking for We are seeking a Project Support Administrator to manage the administrative aspects of project management, ensuring effective coordination and successful completion of simple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of responsible parties for these projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope.

Daily responsibilities of a Project Support Administrator will include:Assigning team members to execute tasks in ByD.Approving time entries and confirming job completion.Allocating costs and managing project budgets.Following up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.Initiating invoice requests and identifying potential variations.Closing projects and ensuring all deliverables are fulfilled.Supporting profitability reviews by providing accurate and timely project data.Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for colleagues, responding to their needs promptly and effectively.Adherence to Standards: Ensure that all activities align with global standards and processes, maintaining consistency and quality.Escalate client feedback to management and take proactive measures to ensure positive experiences. Foster a client-centric culture that emphasizes a positive and consistent client journey.Facilitate a smooth and clear transition of tasks between teams throughout the process cycle. Adhere to the RACI document and clearly communicate transition points to prevent task overlap or gaps in ownership.What you bring Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling requests and scheduling.Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interactions with clients and team members.Basic understanding of technical competency requirements and resource allocation processes.A commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Solid understanding of global standards and processes, with the capability to ensure compliance.About us We are a leading international technical professional service provider and a leader in classification, compliance, and consultancy services to the marine and offshore industry, a trusted advisor to our customers helping to design, construct and operate their assets to the highest levels of safety and performance.
