Key Responsibilities: Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit marketing materials, blogs, website copy, social media posts, and other content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting errors.
Consistency & Tone: Ensure content maintains a consistent tone, style, and voice that aligns with client branding and industry standards.
Content Improvement: Suggest edits to improve clarity, flow, and readability, enhancing the overall quality of the content for both internal and external audiences.
Collaboration with Team: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and account managers to provide timely feedback and ensure content meets project goals.
Fact-Checking: Verify that facts, statistics, and references are accurate and properly sourced, ensuring high-quality, credible content.
SEO Awareness: Ensure content is optimized for search engines, utilizing best practices in keyword placement, meta descriptions, and formatting where applicable.
