Property Accountant

We are a commercial real estate firm with over 25 million square feet of property across the United States. Our focus is on working with customers and clients within the industrial and warehouse distribution spaces and deliver the highest quality experience possible. 
Key Responsibilities: Perform and maintain all property accounting operations and tasks. Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Monitor property-related expenses. Support lease accounting processes. Analyze financial results and prepare variance analyses. Prepare monthly financial statements. Prepare annual property property tax returns. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Maintain records and ensure accuracy of financial data. Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 3+ years of experience in real estate or property accounting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations. Advanced proficiency in MRI software. Benefits -Salary: $65k - $80k
