Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.• Generate claims reports.• Experience with an agency management system highly desired.
Requirements
• 25 years of full-time work experience• 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment
