Rising Realty Partners is currently seeking to fill a position for Bergamot Arts Station, a distinctive and exciting property in Santa Monica.
This position requires a seasoned manager with 3+ years of commercial management experience.
The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the building and will reside on-site three to four days a week while working closely with City personnel to manage the unique aspects of the property's use and tenants.
Key duties and qualifications include: Vendor and Service Contract ManagementTenant Relations, Customer Service, and RequestsPreparation of annual budget and operating expense calculationsMonthly tenant rent statements and aged receivable managementWeekly accounts payable processing and approvalCapital project planningLease administrationConstruction management supportMonthly Management ReportingKey Qualifications include: 3+ years commercial management experienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or universityCalifornia Real Estate License is requiredProficient in: Yardi 7.0, MRI (Web & Citrix), Kardin, MS Excel, MS Word, Google WorkspaceStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong knowledge and understanding of accounting and financeSelf-starter with history of success working in an environment with little supervisionAdaptable with ability to change priorities on short-noticeExcellent time management skillsRequired job duties will be discussed in detail during our interview process.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
