Property Preservation Coordinator 
M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Maintain communication between vendors and clients to ensure all steps are completed proficiently. FHA Property Preservation experience is highly preferred. Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred, to successfully communicate and submit required documents. Handle both pre and post-sale services regarding vacancies. Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems.Requirements:
Must have FHA experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient negotiation skills. Positive approach to problem-solving. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
