This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations for affordable housing and Is responsible for the Community's associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance,oversight of physical asset and regulatory compliance as well as executing the business plan.
Knowledge of HUD regulations is a must. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch.
In the future, other duties may be assigned and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

•Creates an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.

•Monitor the financial condition of the community, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions by analyzing financial statements, budgets, cash management variances, and performance metrics to help estimate present and future financial needs.

•Participates in the development of and is responsible for the interpretation of policies and procedures and ensures that they are properly implemented and properly administered.

•Ensures that certifications required by all regulatory agreements are completed accurately and ensures that HIPPA, HUD and any other regulatory agency, certifications and confidentiality is followed as required.

•Schedules regular visits to managed client communities and supervises managed client communities' leader(s).

•Identifies and builds positive relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise community profile by becoming active in social and civic affairs of the local community that align with the Company's mission.

•Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), state Housing Finance Agency, state and local government agencies, etc.

•Implement and maintain risk management strategies and emergency preparedness plans.

•Maintains positive resident relations and is proactive in solving resident problems and resolving issues.

•Ensures collaborative relationship with community leader(s) to ensure community's care and services are appropriate to meet the needs of residents.

•Ensures buildings, grounds, and property are up to Company standards through the oversight of preventative maintenance systems and programs and frequent inspections that meet Company standards.

•Perform all other related duties as assigned.
