Proposal Manager - Tulsa Area DIRECT HIRE $110K-$120K/Annual Day Shift 8a-5p This company has been dedicated to helping energy clients around the globe achieve their goals for more than 30 years. As an oil and gas engineered-to-order business, we are committed to understanding each client's specific goals and executing them as our own. This client is growing so this newly created position will be supporting the Business Development Director. You will ensure your team operates with a cost effective and team-oriented approach to our various gas processing equipment projects. The salary range is $110k-120k.
Minimum 3-5 years' energy industry experience is required Previous experience with preparation of budgets, schedules, and cost estimates is required Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize the work product to meet deadlines is required Effective and professional communications skills both written and verbal for interface with Clients and co-workers is required Previous knowledge and experience in a technology based, product oriented, executive level administrative role is required Advanced skills in Microsoft WINDOWS, OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, PROJECT, and ACCESS Previous experience working within an ERP/MRP environment is strongly preferred ISO 9001:2015 training is a plus #MC
