At Cyara, our values drive us forward, shaping a culture where innovation and excellence thrive.  As a Proposal Manager at Cyara, you will work with a diverse team of subject matter experts to deliver high-quality proposals in support of our customer's unique program goals and objectives. Working under the leadership and guidance of the VP, Solution Sales & Enablement, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of proposal responses -- from facilitating bid/no bid decisions, collaborating with SMEs, identifying win themes, creating and executing a proposal project plan, conducting kick-off meetings, gathering clarification/follow-up questions, reporting proposal progress to stakeholders, submitting the final proposal for consideration, and contributing to maintaining the RFP response library.

\n What You'll Do:Project manage the proposal lifecycle for RFXs, from initial intake to final submission, coordinating inputs from all stakeholders.Manage multiple proposals concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.Develop proposal materials by writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.Develop an understanding of automated testing and monitoring, Cyara's unique differentiators, and the competitive landscapeBuild and maintain our proposal content library and ensure the accuracy of responses as our products, brand, and business evolves.Identify opportunities to improve our competitive advantage in future proposalsContinuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the RFP response process What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in proposal development, with a proven track record of producing winning proposalsExperience working in a high-growth, SaaS environmentExceptionally high attention to detail with excellent editing, proofreading and formatting skillsExtremely organized and capable of managing deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using and learning RFP response software (e.g., Responsive, Loopio)Government RFP experience a plus
