PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Protégé Agency Producer Program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and
business knowledge to become a Farmers® agency owner while working for an existing Farmers agency owner.
The Protégé Agency Producer can learn from an experienced industry professional as well as have access to the
award-winning University of Farmers® training program that is designed to help enhance knowledge and introduce
tools that may help the Protégé Agency Producer grow as a business owner should he or she one day own their
own Farmers agency.
Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses are required.
