We are seeking Board Certified/ Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our comprehensive mental health team, offering an inpatient and outpatient opportunity.
Responsibilities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility. Tailor your work-life balance with flexible and hybrid options. Continuous education, leadership opportunities, and career advancement. Provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to patients with a variety of needs and diagnoses. Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Handle ER admits, round on inpatients, and see patients with a secondary diagnosis on Med/Surg units. Take call from home one in every six weeks. A chance to make a difference in the lives of your patients and the community. Compensation is between $279,245 and $310,272 per year. The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Where You'll Work Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region. With more than 300 employed medical providers in 22 specialties, the group offers highly coordinated care for patients by using a shared EMR system. The National Committee for Quality Assurance has recognized its primary care clinics as patient-centered medical homes.
