BASE: To $405K Per years experience -

$30,000 +
Sign on bonus -

15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE

of annual salary at 2 year mark

50% Adult / 50% Child
2-hour for child
1.5-hours for adults
4- or 5-day work week your choice!
Patients Per Day: 14-(8-hour day) 18-(10-hour Day)
