As a member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation program, you will complete formal and informal assessments and provide individual and family counseling.
Our experienced team of rehabilitation professionals includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Psychologists and Psychotherapists, and Social Workers.
