Education and Years of Experience: Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from a training program approved by the American Psychological Association. Top Required Skills: -Eight years of experience as a practicing psychologist, at least five of which occurred immediately prior to being hired for this position -Two years' experience in establishing or improving or maintaining or overseeing an audit-able administrative program similar to the Human Reliability Program. -Experience in establishing, improving, maintaining, or overseeing an auditable administrative program similar to the Human Reliability Program. -Candidate must be licensed to practice psychology in the state of South Carolin a. If, at the time of hire he/ she is licensed in another state as a practicing psychologist, the SC license must be attained within nine months of being hired. Nice to Have Skills: -Experience as a recent practicing psychologist is desirable -Familiar with various forms of psychological testing (example MMPI-3) Interview Process: Telephone Call & Site Visit
