Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve food using high quality ingredients• Control costs and reduce waste• Monitor food temperatures and storage• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen• Wash and sanitize food service equipment• Maintain proper stock levels and inventory• Clean the kitchen and remove garbage• Report equipment and safety issues• Work as a team member• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum two years cooking experience• Serv-Safe Certification preferred• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Ability to communicate effectively in English• Physically able to perform required tasks• Pass drug testing and background check• Adherence to policies and procedures
