We are seeking Part-Time Sales Advisors who are eager to make a direct impact on the experience of our customers and the success of the store. The Leap platform launches and operates insight-driven retail stores for modern brands with better performance and less risk. Among the trailblazing brands we work with are: ASTR the Label, Frankies Bikinis, Malbon Golf, ThirdLove, True Classic Tees and many more. What We're Looking For: Create positive and memorable experiences for clients that in turn builds brand loyaltyAble to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst servicing clientsParticipate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of storeSupport the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellenceModel reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special eventsEmbraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plusCapable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keysMust be at least 18 years of ageOne or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in luxury accessories (i.e; jewelry, handbags, watches, shoes) or bridal preferredComfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbsMaintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
