The full-time Account Executive position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of complex public relations and strategic communications programs and other responsibilities including but not limited to:
Responsibilities Serve as day-to-day client contactCreating client materials including press releases, media pitches, talking points, FAQ'sConducting media relations to secure coverage in print, broadcast, radio, web and blogsManaging project status reports and editorial calendarsUnderstanding / ability to manage advertising, marketing and digital campaignsDeveloping social media contentResearching editorial calendars, speaking opportunities, media lists and other topicsPR and social media management and measurementSpecial event planningAttending meetings/events after hours on occasionEditing and proofreading Qualifications 3 years experience at a public relations agency or in-house client experienceTrack record of securing media coverage for clientsExcellent oral and written communication skillsEagerness and ability to conduct media relations follow-up calls and pitch editors/reporters./bloggersStrong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently with multiple active projectsAbility to anticipate and solve problems quicklyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgencyStrong organizational skills and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPointProficiency with social media / digital marketing – understands trends and latest technologies and has experience contributing to campaigns Montagne Powers offers a competitive salary commensurate with your experience, abilities and skills.
