\n What You Will DoPartners with Compliance and Job Cost departments to provide coordination and support for all Public Works projects.Coordinate with Project Management teams to schedule Public Works kick-off meetings.Thoroughly review all contract requirements, note benchmark dates and compliance requirements.Generate a project specific task and deadline list to distribute to departments and groups needed to successfully complete required items.Coordinate completion of project tasks with customer, subcontractors, PRIME Departments and Groups, providing continued communication, documentation and support as needed.Manage data entry into Smartsheet and Accounting System (Vista).Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. What You Will Need to be SuccessfulAssociate's degree from two-year college or university and two to four years' experience in a role focusing on one or more of the following: Public Works Administration, Contract Administration, Site or Project Coordination; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with, and understanding of, public works contracts a plus.Construction industry experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.Customer-focused with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively, professionally, and diplomatically interface at all levels (customers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, peers, field personnel, managers, and executives).Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.Intermediate to advanced Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam and Smartsheet skills.
