Role Overview. The Traffic Coordinator works with the Business Proposals team members to ensure that proposals flow, post-writing, through to the editing, design and publishing teams in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and the desire to work in an environment that welcomes new technologies and encourages the pursuit of innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Workflow: Working with Bid Managers, manage the trafficking of sections to editing and formatting to ensure the flow is steady. 
• Translations: Manage the trafficking of all sections, inserts, and exhibits to and from third-party translation companies, or through in-house translation subscription when required. Assist with the trafficking to and from translation reviews.
• Production: Assist the project lead Publishing Specialist on end of production tasks. Additional tasks may include:
• Attend all electronic page checks to complete the Change Page Log. 
• Assist with hard copy spot checks.
• Assist with creation of PDFs or redaction. 
• Assist with obtaining signatures on forms. 
• Assist with maintaining and ordering all production supplies.
• Assist with completion of instant ticket albums or packaging.
• Compliance: Produce work that adheres to RFP requirements, department standards and conventions.
• Working to Deadlines: Manage multiple priorities at once, track and meet deadlines. Work on variety of assignments with overlapping timeframes. Adapt quickly to changing timelines.
• Teamwork: Communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals with many professional backgrounds, both within the Business Proposals team and in the wider organisation.

Qualifications & Experience: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Adobe Acrobat and Indesign).
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
