Responsibilities: Keep Our Cellars Ready: Develop inventory control systems to track every bottle, cork, and case, ensuring smooth production and preventing stock issues.Forecast and Plan: Use inventory data to predict trends, plan reorders, and ensure each vintage's smooth journey from production to customer.Vendor Relations: Partner with suppliers and negotiate deals that keep our shelves stocked while staying on budget.Collaborate and Communicate: Work with our winemaking, sales, and warehouse teams to keep everything aligned, from grape to glass.Hands-On Coordination: Process distributor orders, arrange deliveries, and coordinate bulk shipments with other wineries, ensuring timely product delivery.Accuracy in Billing: Handle billing, invoices, and inventory reconciliations, working closely with our CFO to maintain top-notch inventory accuracy. What You Bring to the Team: Experience & Education: Five or more years in manufacturing, with customer service expertise. An associate's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills That Make You Shine: Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in inventory management software. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and beverage production is a bonus.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERPProven results in inventory control, managing product recall processes, and meeting shipping deadlines are highly preferred.
