The Project Coordinator manages the starts process ensuring all information for each assigned home is accurate. The position works closely with Construction, Sales, and Design maintaining positive customer relationships throughout the homebuilding process.
This role is located at our Empire Atlanta's Head Office in Atlanta, GA.
What We Are Looking For: Post-secondary bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 years of experience in related roleExperience with Bluebeam or Adobe, preferredWhat You'll Be Doing Each Day: Process single family and townhome start packagesReview and revise purchasing activitiesProcess change ordersCreate, review, and update system documentation, as neededAssist with new community setupsAssist with software implementationsWho We Are: We are one of North America's largest private homebuilders, with locations in Ontario, Texas, Georgia, the Carolinas, Colorado and Tennessee.
