Job Profile Summary
Work with Sales executives and client partners to build proposal and program manage the RFX lifecycle. Apart from pursuits, this role will support the GTM team in building capability presentations, internal strategy presentations, build account plan, and analytical skills to develop reports around revenue and sales operations.
Additionally responsible for managing and developing a workflow process for non-standard, large, complex pursuits requiring cross functional collaboration. Serves as internal support for structuring profitable, non-standard deals while protecting the value and timeline to final signature. Serves as the single source of continuity from opportunity development through implementation to service delivery, allowing quota bearing reps the opportunity to increase time spent on core selling activities and expand their capacity for more opportunities.

Responsibilities
Prepare winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions
Manage the response process against RFIs / RFPs and ensure that all the milestones and deliverables get met in a timely manner
Identify inter-dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks. Manage the Bid plan throughout the Bid Process
Engage, coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, presales, Delivery, etc) to help produce deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules
Organize/ Initiate a Solution Workshop/ calls to finalize, freeze the Sizing , Solution design as per the RFP requirements
Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress/status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team
Facilitate pricing development
Ensure that compliance with all relevant aspects of Solution Design and Delivery process, business control, reviews and a timely closure of Approvals before Bid submission
Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with Intellects business rules and standard processes
Provide support in Research and Collateral Development
Qualifications
Large RFP management in IT or Consulting
A minimum 2-4 years of Bid-Management / Pre-Sales experience
Excellent communication; multi-stakeholder coordination skills
Strong Presentation skills
Critical thinking and creative mindset
Proven problem-solving and writing skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a complex business environment
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role. At the manager's discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement
