The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for writing, executing, and maintaining test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software. Skills and Requirements
Manufacturing experience
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably on software development or HR projects
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans
Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems
Familiarity with different types of testing, such as functional, regression, performance, and usability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with AGILE development methodologies Familiarity with SAP, Workforce solution for Time & Leave Management, and ALMQC a plus
Familiarity with HR Systems is a plus null
