Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QEA Test Program Manager - FACETS who will be responsible to work closely with customer SMEs/Leads for in-person conversations on solution and need to be technically savvy to understand the directions from the customer. Responsibilities: · Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective test execution, including mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment. · Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on testing progress. · Establish detailed test processes for Facets (Claims, Billing modules) to identify product and integration gaps. · Manage test environments to ensure test data aligns with business scenarios. · Identify and address gaps in Azure application buildouts to establish a secure cloud application. · Implement an automation testing framework on Azure Cloud. · Apply Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency. · Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying any risks or issues that could impact project timelines. · Ensure all testing activities are documented and adhere to industry standards and best practices. · Facilitate regular testing reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes. · Promote the use of automated testing tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency. · Ensure the testing team is aligned with overall project goals and objectives. Required Skills/Qualifications: · 15+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies and Facets particularly in Enrollment, Claims and Billing along with knowledge of Azure Cloud implementation of Facets platform. · Strong experience in managing large scale testing efforts and ensure the highest quality standards. · Hands on experience in Agile methodologies, demonstrating adaptability to changing project requirements. · Extensive experience in Agile Methodologies and various Facets modules including Capitation NetworX - Facets Pricer Claims and Billing. · Strong knowledge of Facets (Claims and Billing modules) · Sound knowledge in Selenium frameworks and API services validation · Familiarity with integrating test automation scripts into DevOps CI/CD pipelines. · Certified in PAHM 250 and AZ-900. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and collaboration skills, effectively working with cross-functional teams. · Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive team environment. Preferred Skills/Qualification: · Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. · Knowledge of Python automation. · Knowledge of DevSecOps process implementation and building CI/CD Pipelines Home office setup (network, phone, etc.) Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
