**Team Leader segment**
**Your Missions :**
Takes over responsibility for:
o all QM activities as per LEONI IMS within Segment/Area of responsibility
o Training & Qualification of QM Team within Segment/Area of responsibility
o the overall QM Budget planning, monitoring and achievement of the Segment/Area of responsibility
Ensures the deployment and implementation of QM standards throughout the Segment/Area of responsibility
Ensures implementation of continuous improvement actions of the quality management processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports throughout the Segment/Area of responsibility
Ensures compliance with Customer Specific Requirement within Segment/Area of responsibility
Authorized to Stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes/products
Complies with all current relevant legal and internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations
Every employee is obliged, in the context of her or his responsibilities and duties, to report risks and opportunities to their direct superior
Ensures and contributes to the customer satisfaction
Ensures and contributes to LEONI financial targets and results
Complies with deadlines
Fulfills the quality requirements
Complies with the LPSplus Standards in accordance to LPSplus Manual
Uses efficiently any kind of materials and resources of the company
Keeps order and cleanliness

Control of non-conforming products
Champion corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures

**Your skills :**
Bac +5 or more in industrialization with at least 3 years experience in the automotive industry
Reactive , organized , team work oriented
French and English are mandatory
