Qualified Manager

Job Overview: Strong Tower Security Corp. is a growing private security company within Southern California providing quality security services with highly trained security guards tailored to our clients' needs. We are seeking to hire 1-3 dedicated and licensed Qualified Manager(s) to oversee daily operations for our company. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of managing business operations and interaction with customers to create contracts to provide PPO security services. Knowledge of hiring and managing security personnel while verifying the training and certifications of current and prospective employees is essential. Managing security assignments of employees to meet professional obligations and adhere to requirements for reportable incidents that occur during security assignments.
Duties: Manage business operations
Scope of Work and Contracts
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Management of Security Personnel
Employment obligations and scheduling of staff
Management of Security Operations
Incident management and reporting obligations
Experience: Three (3) - Five (5) years of security management/training experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Associates/Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide effective training and development to staff
Generating contracts/leads for PPO
