Job Title: Quality and Technical Coordinator
Location: Cohoes, New York
Compensation: $25-28 per hour
Position Overview: The Quality and Technical Coordinator is a key contributor in the Quality Department, responsible for managing and maintaining the Quality Systems and Cetifications. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain elements of our stringent quality control systems while also providing technical support to improve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Review and maintain Quality system documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and 2015 standards. Provide technical support to the Quality and Manufacturing teams with regards to process improvement, material application, instrumentation control, and design of experiments. Maintain quality documentation, which includes updating procedures and standards. Complete employee training and related documentation. Investigate quality issues, develop corrective action plans and implement process improvements. Provide employee training for Quality and Technical related topics. Track and monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and objectives are met. Other duties as necessary Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Quality Control Understanding of production processes and quality control methods. Comfortable with quality control instruments and computer applications. The ability to identify and address print quality issues while implementing effective solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
