The QA-TQM Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support so that the daily operations of the department run smoothly.
This individual performs varied administrative duties such as creating documents, managing spreadsheets, and developing PowerPoint presentations.
The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker, with excellent communication skills and extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and its suite of applications to support our daily office operations.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Perform administrative duties for the Quality Assurance Total Quality Management department Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word Prepare and manage spreadsheets, data entry, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel Develop and maintain presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint Collaborate with team members through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Utilize OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Monday.com for business for file management and sharing Conduct and manage virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams Provide training to team members as needed Maintain department page on Southern Central Analyze on-call logs in ADP Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assist with projects as needed Comply with Southern Management's policies and procedures Perform various other duties as assigned by the Director JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS: Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Keen attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Thorough understanding of all Southern policies, industry standards, and best practices Proficient in training and mentoring team members Effective at collaboration and providing support Demonstrates strong ethics and personal integrity Summary of Benefits:
