The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for receiving quotes and selecting/bidding on proper supplies. The Quality Assurance Analyst will need to ensure purchases are made regarding standard commercial supplies, materials, and equipment. They will also need to track delivery and review invoices.
ResponsibilitiesPurchases standard commercial supplies, materials, equipment, and services as assigned. Creates labels and asset tags as needed.Solicits bids, analyze quotations received, and selects or recommends supplies.Expedited delivery and shipment of supplies, materials, and equipment.Verifies receipt of goods or services.Maintains procurement records, such as items or services purchased costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.Review invoices for payment.Back up for cost estimates.Back up for receiving deliveries.Performs quality reviews of operations at department and individual levels to measure performance on contract regulation, program policy & procedure.Review group and individual outputs on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.Image Windows computer and install RAM.Identifies inefficiencies or inaccuracies in departmental methods and procedures and gathers data along with determining trends and documents findings for management.Completes best practices within procedural/systems solutions to meet needs and improve overall performance.Responds to questions from team members and customers on quality issues.Ensure all regulatory and compliance legislation and policies are adhered to.Support business development activities as required (e.g., customer technical capabilities briefings, past performance content, technical solutions).Other duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociate degree from an accredited university ORA high school diploma or GED equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience may be used instead of a degree.Successful completion of HDI certification within 90 days of hire.Must be a US citizen.Background check required with the ability to obtain US Senate SAA prior to the start date.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of Airwatch/lntelligent hub preferred.Experience with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, ServiceNow.Thorough Knowledge of desktop and business/technical support systems.Ability to maintain access to Customer Site.Ability to effectively communicate quality plans and results at management levels.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Ability to multitask while staying focused in a fast-paced competitive environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Advanced skills in problem-solving.Good work ethic and active desire to learn.Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines.Ability to work both independently and within a team.Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Ability to meet minimum security requirements.
