Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Position: Test Automation Engineer Pay Rate Range: $35-$40/hour Duration: 10 months + Extensions Location: Schaumburg, IL (On Site 3 days a week) Start: ASAP Required Experience: - Test automation skills
- Experience with Cypress (or Selenium)
- Basic SQL experience (SQL queries, can query in 2 tables, look up members, etc.
)
- Application support experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of the process of ServiceNow (used for intake of issues)
Job Responsibilities: Serving as a level 4 application support Analyst.
Need additional support due to demand in clients onboarding.
Potentially interacting with end users.
Issues need to be attended to right away because they can impact patient care.
