To strengthen our team in Clayton, NC, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Line Monitor – 3rdShift.
Your Role
Monitor quality, segregation, documentation, and security of printed packaging components during production operations.
Conduct random inspections of the production process using established MM procedures.
Communicate "Out of Specification" observations to production and plant management.
Verify line clearance during and after production.
Calibrate measurement and test equipment as required by established MM procedures.
Maintain system for retained production samples.
Test production samples and raw materials as required by established MM procedures.
Investigate and resolve production deviations.
Maintain color standards.
Maintain training records for all CPHI personnel.
Review samples and production flow documents in releasing of jobs.
Perform comparator analysis (text verification)
Your Profile
• You have a high school degree or equivalent
• You have already gained experience in a comparable position
• You enrich the team with your team player mindset and collaboration
• You are able to work under pressure and are flexible / Detailed oriented
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
