Responsibilities: Manage the daily functions of the Quality Department. Assist all departments in resolving Quality Issues. Conduct audits of the Quality System. Authorize and control customer returned product. Administer Quality documents changes. Coordinate/administer product liability and warranty issues. Interface with customers on Quality related issues. Evaluate areas to address for continuous Quality improvements. Make Plant Manager aware of safety issues and concerns. Perform general housekeeping duties as directed. Perform duties as directed by Plant Manager. Position Requirements: Must be able to Read, write and comprehend job duties Must be able to perform your job duties while being safety oriented Communicate well to Plant Manager, quality, supervisors, and Employees Must be able to follow all safety policies and procedures and carry out the process with all employee's Must work side by side with Employees daily if needed Must be able to make sure ISO is being conducted by all on a daily basis Be able to communicate well with Customers, Supervisors, and Plant Manager as needed Must be able to be professional Must be a team player Must be able to hold meetings as necessary Must be able to calibrate tools and do audits as needed Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
