Quality Assurance Manager - Unarmed - DenverAdvantage Security, Inc. (ASI) is a locally owned & operated company that has provided both security and customer service to its customers since 1995 throughout Colorado. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for a full-time Quality Assurance Manager in the Denver metro area. What does a QA Manager do? The QA Manager will perform after-hour inspections at various facilities throughout the Denver metro area to ensure employees are representative of ASI and customers' expectations. They will assist in guiding employee performance to include appearance, patrol techniques, report writing, and other essential security duties. The ideal candidate will strive to bring out the best in ASI by communicating expectations to our employees and providing coaching and corrective action when needed. They need to be creative, always coming up with new ways to satisfy needs and motivate and support our team members. The QA Manager will also serve as a liaison between company management, customers, and our employees.
Basic Requirements: 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED required – Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredUS citizenship or possess the right to work permitPass a drug screen test and background check to include THCFluently speak, read, and write EnglishMust have a clean driving recordAbility to work various/flexible schedules (weekends, evenings and overnights)Necessary Skills: Uphold the highest standards of groomingPrevious security, military, and/or law enforcement experience a plus, but not requiredA desire to help others achieve their bestWillingness to assist other departments to develop solutionsAt least two years of supervisory experienceDuties/Responsibilities: Assist officers with emergency situations and respond to facilities as necessaryEnforce safety procedures and notate any safety risks or violationsReview post duties at customer locations and provide recommendations to enhance serviceFollow-up on issues/problems indicated by officersProvide feedback on officer performanceDesign, implement, and improve company quality standardsTrain, motivate, coach, and correct employees to ensure that standards are metCreate reports to track progress and formulate strategies to increase productivityCompensation: This compensation ranges from $28.00-$30.00/hour ($58K to $62K a year) depending on experience.
