KeystoneCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training programs focusing on quality assurance practices and patient safety.Conduct periodic evaluations of nursing staff to assess competency and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for quality improvements and develop strategies for addressing them.Assist in the development of policies and procedures that enhance nursing practices and ensure compliance with regulations.Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the nursing team.Prepare educational materials and resources to support learning objectives.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage nursing staff actively.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.Minimum QualificationsCurrent RN license in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree or higher in nursing or related field preferred.A minimum of three years of nursing experience, with a focus on quality assurance and staff education.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Prior experience in a quality assurance role preferred.CPR certified.Proficient in the use of technology and software for training and assessment purposes.Passion for education and a commitment to fostering excellence in nursing practice.BenefitsFlexible scheduling optionsPaid Time OffMileage reimbursement between patients at IRS ratePaid Holidays for Full-time staffMedical, Dental, Vision, and Aflac plans available for Full-time staff$25K Company Paid Life Insurance Policy for full-time staffRetirement plan with discretionary employer match
