As we continue to grow, so does our dedication to producing quality products and service. We're in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this newly created lead role, you will demonstrate a visible and unwavering commitment to developing and enhancing quality processes throughout the organization. Responsibilities of this role include ongoing management of ISO-9001:2015 quality standards, maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), compliance, reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness, conducting internal audits, writing Corrective Action Reports (CARs), quality training, and other quality related duties as assigned.  
Responsibilities:  Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO-9001 standards and regulations.  Develop and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that it meets regulatory requirements.  Collect compliance documents from our suppliers and review them to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement quality and compliance initiatives.  Write Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for any non-conformances identified.  Conduct internal audits of our QMS to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO-9001 standards.  Train and coach employees on quality and compliance best practices; including training on other compliance-related topics, such as C-TPAT.   Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.  Be proactive in learning and advising on new regulations in prospective new product domains, ensuring our readiness for future growth and expansion.  Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or field related to the products being developed.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance management role.  Influencing skills and ability to work effectively throughout all levels of the organization.  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team of engineering professionals.  Outstanding knowledge in project management, planning and execution.  Proactive to learn and adapt to new regulatory environments and product domains.  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.  Strong organizational and time-management skills.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Engineering background is a plus.  Experience with SQL, FileMaker, or other database management systems is a plus.  ISO 9001 certification or lead auditor training is a plus.  Benefits:  Friendly, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment  Paid time-off plus a paid volunteer day with a partnered non-profit organization  Highly subsidized medical coverage  Healthcare concierge services  Voluntary benefits to include dental and vision  Company paid life insurance 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing  Employee assistance program (EAP)  Discounts with a partnered wireless provider  This position is primarily full-time with onsite work hours between 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday.
