\n ResponsibilitiesEnsure Operational Process and Policy Compliance (~60% of time)Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly QA metrics and reportingDevelop in-person and virtual community audit procedures for both Field Leadership and Home Office QA useReview and approve credits for all properties to ensure resident account accuracyPerform quality assurance monitoring for all community operations, including but not limited to, on-site operations, our property management system (ManageAmerica), our CRM system (HubSpot), our spend management system (Coupa), etc.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of community operations through understanding Havenpark's policies and best practicesCollaborate with Acquisitions in the onboarding of new communities from a QA viewpointManage Site Visits Mystery Shopping and Sales & Leasing Mystery ShoppingEnsure Effective Business Partnering with Field Leadership and Home Office (~40% of time)Identify areas that require improvement, summarize findings, and present findings to Field and Home Office Leadership teamsCollaborate with Business Operations and other Home Office departments to ensure new policies and processes are auditable to ensure adoption and complianceRecommend policy and training needs or adjustments based on QA findings to allow for complete compliance across the company QualificationsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeExperience in property managementExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong attention to detail with exceptional time-management skillsTeam-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethicThe ability to train and coach in one-on-one situations, as well as group settingsMotivated to help others, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervisionGoal-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritizeStrong knowledge of computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
