We are seeking an assertive, take-charge leader with an insatiable desire to learn and more attention to detail than they know what to do with to join our team as a Quality Supervisor.
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for managing and driving the on-time delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, while initiating proactive, cross-functional communication.

• Is Forensically Detailed, not being afraid to get hands-on and dive into intricate project details

Quality Supervisor Requirements:
• Manage & direct Quality Assurance Technicians and Inspectors.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day Quality Assurance operations, serving as the primary QA representative for frontline staff.

• Audit quality control of materials, packaging components, labels, & finished products ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Create and manage new QA programs complementary to EQMS, corporate objectives, and policies.

• Collaborate with various team leaders to develop control plans and process validation.


Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, quality management, engineering, or related field.

• 5+ Years in Quality Assurance, 1+ Year(s) supervisory experience (manufacturing preferred)
