Description:
• Lead quality initiatives
• Strong experience with ISO standards/audits
• High level of ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and sketches
• Inspect machines parts and products, using inspection tools as necessary
• Perform first piece, in process, and final inspections
• Document dimensions using standard procedure and customer requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to inspect parts to customer blueprints using GD&T
• Experience using CMM, MicroVu , and other inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
• Casting layout experience
• Ability to assist machinists with quality issues
• Able to perform first piece, in process, final, and outside process inspections
• Troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Willing to take on additional duties as needed
• Self-starter and highly motivated!
