We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic research team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tasks, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards.
This role requires proficiency in laboratory techniques and the ability to analyze data effectively, contributing to ongoing research projects in molecular biology and histology.
Responsibilities Conduct experiments and analyses following established protocols in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to manage data and maintain accurate records of experiments.
Perform routine laboratory techniques including sample preparation, testing, and analysis of biological specimens.
Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to design experiments and interpret results related to animal physiology and molecular biology.
Document findings clearly and accurately, preparing reports for review by senior scientists or researchers.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new laboratory techniques and technologies.
Skills Proficiency in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Strong understanding of animal physiology and its application in laboratory settings.
Familiarity with various laboratory techniques, including histology and molecular biology methods.
Experience working within a research laboratory environment, adhering to GLP and CGMP standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: CGMP: 3 years (Preferred) Laboratory techniques: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
