At our facility in Crawfordsville, IN, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll be able to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help drive success within our dynamic team.
What You'll Do: Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are metRecord inspection data and escalate quality issues to the appropriate teams for quick resolutionCollaborate with production teams to address quality concerns before products reach our customersHelp develop and refine processes to meet customer expectations and improve quality standardsParticipate in special improvement projects and contribute your ideas to improve our processesLead in root cause analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operationsUse your knowledge of color management and collaborate with Customer Service on design recommendations (experience with color is a plus, but not required)What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations or a similar field (or equivalent education/training)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.Excellent communication skills—you'll be working with multiple departments!Tech-savvy with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (or equivalent programs).Comfortable using quality-related tools (like tape measures and calipers) to ensure product accuracy.Flexibility to work overtime as needed and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Bonus Points if You Have: ASQ certification (not required, but a great plus!)Experience in continuous improvement methods (A3, 8D, PDCA).Why You'll Love Working Here:
