Quality Control Inspector Level I-Hybrid Shift

Summary Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections of molded tips, racks, and pipettes components using precision measuring inspection equipment to assess acceptability based on engineering drawings and process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform startups and in process tip inspections using microscope, pipettes, and other measuring equipment. Perform basic dimensional inspections on molded parts components using calipers, micrometers, ping gauges, surface plate, filler gauges and other required measuring equipment. Inspect and record results into InfinityQs and other required applications. Ability to understand product drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Verify produced goods meet engineering drawings and specifications. Take immediate action to ensure the work in progress is within specification and report quality concerns to production lead and/or shift supervisor. Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice. Follow company policies as outlined in the employee handbook. Maintain work area clean and organized. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
