We are seeking a Quality Control Manager for our wood truss and wall panel manufacturing facility.This job is not remote, it is on-site only - Markle, Indiana.Salary range is $50,000-65,000 depending on qualifications and experience.Responsibilities:Implement Quality Control processes and proceduresConduct regular inspections of wood truss and wall panel manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standardsIdentify process improvements and develop action plans for implementationCollaborate with production teams to ensure consistent quality outputConduct employee training on Quality Control processes and proceduresConduct brief daily and weekly training meetings with team membersQualifications:Experience in wood-framed buildings (residential or commercial)Strong knowledge of wood framing and quality control principles and practicesStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbout Company:We own and operate one of the largest truss and panel operations in the Midwest.
