Quality Control Technician
General summary
Ensure company quality standards are met by way of properly documenting and record keeping in accordance with our quality management system. Assist in ensuring manufactured products meet part to print conformity and conform to customer requirements and expectations. Provide support to the Production Department in the manufacturing of precision machined components as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
Update ERP and QMS working documents with relevant inspection information

Log NCM and RW tags

Input/analyze quality data and report to management
Compile, process, and submit quality documents to customers per standards
Create/revise inspection setup sheets
Create/revise inspection instruction sheet
Create/revise balloon drawings (EPI/OAD/FAI)
Create and process customer/vendor returns

Transfer items into QCRET or QC-HOLD
Generate RMA
Communicate with appropriate personnel (coworkers and customers)

Manage email accounts

Personal and shared

Secondary responsibilities:
Assist production in daily inspections
Assist in the project management of quality department task
