We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsYou are responsible for coordinating quality/performance improvement initiatives impacting core clinical and operational processes required for hospital licensure and accreditationYou will conduct case review for quality assurance activitiesYou will collect, monitor, and trends clinical and operational process and outcome dataYou will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to identify and enhance quality issues that produce quantitative and qualitative results for internal and external customersYou will facilitate and participate in safety analysis and investigations and action plans to mitigate recurrenceYou will be responsible for abstracting and collecting clinical data elements, maintaining required logs, and conducting chart reviews to ensure compliance with established nationally recognized and publicly reported quality patient outcomes as required by TJC, CMS QIO's, other state and federal agencies, and other national data registriesYou will facilitate facility wide clinical improvement activities and manage teams and projects related to improving patient safety and outcomesYou will collaborate with the service line, physician and ancillary department leadership and care teams to monitor care processes and develop, implement, and evaluate changes that deliver measurable improvement in quality, safety and care experience elements of workflow and care processes What qualifications you will need:Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: BSN in Nursing required; MSN preferredMust be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN licenseA current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is requiredPreferred certifications:  CPHQ, CPPSMinimum of three years experience requiredMemorial Health University Medical Center has provided quality healthcare services since 1955, giving patients access to highly-trained physicians and advanced technology.
