We are selectively seeking a Quality Director to join our team as we continue to develop a culture of excellence across our global business units. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:
Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, lead, and manage comprehensive quality management systems (QMS).

Lead, coach, develop and train the quality assurance and control teams.

Establish and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Identify and resolve quality-related issues (customer, supplier, and internal) in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with production, engineering, launch and other teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives impacting repeatability and reliability.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to proactively identify trends and areas for improvement.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management and the broader organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and requirements (IATF16949, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
