Responsibilities
• Scan and store essential records• Maintain logs and retrieve information as needed• Review accuracy of completed documents• Communicate with staff to resolve issues• Record and cancel liens and assignments for loans• Track insurance coverages and place insurance as needed• Obtain vehicle titles in a timely manner• Notify insurance companies and process claims• Respond to member and staff inquiries• Process check orders/re-orders for home equity loans• Cross train on other department functions• Complete other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Experience with banking documents• Electronic quality control experience with documents• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to process information and deal effectively with people• Strong organizational skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Good computer skills: Excel, MS Word• Must be able to work at Toms River location one day a week
