Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer specializing in Cloud services. The day-to-day responsibilities of this individual will include the development, modification, application, and maintenance of quality standards and processes applicable to Technical Services. The role involves collaboration with Global Technical Service, Field Service, Cloud Operations, and Digital Health teams to ensure quality standards are in place and applied in respective operational environments. This position will primarily support the medical device companies' cloud products. This position is 4 days a week on-site in Lake Forest, CA.

Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree2-3 years of experience within quality engineering in a GMP industry (medical device or healthcare preferred)Experience with regulatory standards in the medical device industry, including FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, HIPAA, and GDPRExperience with cloud platforms AWS or cloud infrastructure management, software release deploymentNice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project.
