What You'll Do: As a member of the Xometry Internship Program within Quality Engineering, you can expect to work in an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on experience across functional areas. You will be doing: 

Trend analysis of internal and external quality issues, to supplement our ability to identify and drive effective actions Quality Management System gap analysis, audit findings follow up, and procedure revisions The ideal candidate will be pursuing degrees in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering etc.

What We Offer: Mentorship: Learn from experienced professionals and receive guidance from a dedicated intern captain Dynamic Culture: Embrace a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and flexibility Professional Development: Gain practical skills in sales, marketing, and business development What We're Looking For: Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025) Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week Provide Unofficial Transcript  #LI-Hybrid
